My goal is to bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and high expectations to the classroom each and every day. I believe that I owe it to my students consistency, diligence, and hard work. I try to bring warmth to my job in the hope that I can ultimately inspire and encourage such traits in my students as well. I will use strategies to ensure our classroom community flourishes, like routines, discipline, classroom jobs, and problem-solving skills.
