As an ESL teacher I can work at the elementary, secondary and post-secondary levels or as an adult education teacher providing English instruction to classes or individual students.

He dado clases de inglés y castellano en Oxford, Inglaterra y también en Cádiz y Bilbao. He abarcado todas las edades y niveles. Las clases han tenido lugar en grupos monolingües y plurilingües y en particulares tanto para preparación de exámenes como recuperación.

Cambridge Exam Preparation KET, PET, FCE, ADVANCED.

Tasks that may be carried out include:

classroom management;
planning, preparing and delivering lessons to a range of classes and age groups;
preparing and setting tests, examination papers, and exercises;
marking and providing appropriate feedback on oral and written work;
devising, writing and producing new materials, including audio and visual resources;
organizing and getting involved in social and cultural activities such as sports competitions, school parties, dinners and excursions;
attending and contributing to training sessions;
participating in marketing events for the language school;
freelance teaching on a one-to-one basis;
basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records.

I am a teacher because I enjoy hard work and helping others find success. I want my students to experience meaningful, interesting learning that applies to their lives. I believe this can be accomplished through the use of hands-on/minds-on activities, cooperative learning, an integrated curriculum, and, when possible, technology and the internet.

06/2024 - M'acabo de treure el C1 en Català per formar part de la borsa docent de la Generalitat i poder així cobrir substitucions.
Per tant, el meu objectiu a curt termini és convertir-me en funcionària interina. Mentrestant, continuaré estudiant el nivell C2 de català.
