I met teacher Melisa when she was living in Brazil. I felt so fortunate that we could retake our classes, because, after she left, I couldn't meet other teachers talented like her. She is a gem. Not only because she can play well, but mostly because she’s an outstanding teacher. Her experience in the field made her educational method refined, so she knows exactly which are the right tools for teaching young or elder people, beginner or professional. From all her characteristics, I highlight her patience, her observing skill and her knowledge. I also admire her commitment with the student, which means she will not forget where you stopped last class, and more, she will bring exercises, and even she will stay longer in the class if the student needs it. In summary, if you enrol classes with her, you will be at good hands. And what I find spectacular is that she does everything with kindness and sweetness, moved by her passion for the violin, which makes the learning very heart-warming.
