My teaching philosophy centers around the idea that every student has the potential to succeed, and it is my job as a teacher to help them unlock that potential. I believe in creating a supportive classroom environment where students feel comfortable taking risks and making mistakes. The more, the better really.
By building strong relationships with my students, I am able to better understand their individual needs and tailor my teaching approach accordingly.

My job requires patience, empathy, and flexibility. It means being willing to adapt and change your approach when something isn't working. And most importantly, it means never giving up on your students and I never do.
