I have learned that each group of learners and each individual is different so it has become easier for me to adapt my teaching style based on the age of the learners, competency levels and other factors such as confidence. Generally, my classes are highly innovative and reflect real life situations. For younger learners I love to use creative engaging games with lots of visuals. This will active their creative minds and keep them engaged. Visuals and audio are a massive part of my approach. By incorporating smartapps for young learners and, for example, online discussions with adults aids in forming and understanding concepts.

One of the most important aspects of my philosophy is incorporating real-life experiences. Not only does this make my learners feel included, it also shows them that everything we learn has a purpose in the real world. By doing this the material becomes easier to understand. Much of the 'realia' I teach does take place outdoors. By doing what you are learning the material becomes easier to remember.
