Rocio De Álvaro Serrano

Begining her studies at the age of 7 at the hands of the violinist Marian Serrano Hermo. At the age of 8, she entered the Professional Music Conservatory of Segovia, where she successfully completed both the Elementary Degree and the Professional Teaching, under the teachings of Rubén Redondo and Unai Gutiérrez. After ending her first bachelor in Salamanca (Spain), she is currently studying at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp as a student of Guido Deneve.

Apart from his participation in several young orchestras (OSAV, JOUVA, TMC Segovia etc.), she has attended numerous violin and chamber music courses, where she has received classes from teachers such as Shirly Laub, Santiago de la Riva, Farid Fasla or David Marco (among others). Likewise, she was a student of Ana Comesaña in a private capacity for a year.
She belongs to the Duo Lyra, with which she has performed numerous concerts since its creation four years ago in the communities of Castilla y León and Madrid.
Finally, her participation as a composer during the Segovia Contemporary Music Week stands out, as well as her collaboration in the choral formation "Escolanía de Segovia" for 3 years.
