I have experience teaching in private classes and also in conversational-based classes. My favourite method of teaching is ESA. As I plan for each lesson that I am going to, I would like to encourage students to get involved as much as possible.First of all, I will describe topic-related material, then we will study the criteria, and then I will let them know the activities and put all their studies into practice.Depending on the amount of time that will be saved, I will also have some backup activities or answer each individual question if they have any.
