Simon Elliot Weisman

Hi! I'm Simon. I am new to Madrid and recently moved from Boston in The USA! I studied English and Business in college, as well as at private schools throughout my childhood, and worked in Real Estate sales and business. In my free time, you can catch me traveling, weightlifting, hiking, exploring art museums, and dancing to house and techno music.

The most important part of language learning is to be able to speak and listen while sounding natural. With this in mind, I focus on helping students speak with confidence, listen clearly, and gain words and phrases that native speakers use rather than reading and writing. I am learning Spanish myself, so I completely empathize with the temporary challenges when learning or improving a language. I purposely used the word "temporary" since we are constantly improving! To emulate real conversations, I prefer to use a casual approach over coffee or something. I ask you to embrace making mistakes, laugh, and enjoy the excitement of learning a new language!
