Suzana Bites

As a versatile educator I had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of students including students with lower learning capabilities and behaviour challenges. From these experiences, I have been able to remain sensitive to students' unique approach, providing individualized support and cooperate with other teachers to cultivate a supportive learning environment.

I am an effective listener, which allows me to assess students' needs, goals and struggles. One of my greatest strengths is keeping a well-disciplined learning environment with maximum productivity without supressing the creativity of each individual. I promote engaging educational games and participation and socializing with peers, as in my opinion students can learn a lot from each other.

In addition I usually develop an excellent trusting relationship with all students to make them feel comfortable and safe in the classroom.

I am a quick learner as well as very curious for new approaches to teaching.
Currently I am working in a known private English school, giving classes to few groups of students in the afterschool activities, therefore I am looking for an opportunity to work in the morning as well or, in case the proposal from your side is tempting, to change the job position.

I believe my English learned through life and studies as well as gained while living in U.S. for 2 years is adequate a language school that i currently work in, as well as giving individual classes.
