Tamir Halperin

My name is Tamir and I live in Barcelona. I moved here recently from Warsaw, Poland where I was a native speaker of English and Hebrew for 14 yrs. I specialize in teaching business professionals from many different industries. I have a background in information technology and corporate management. I worked as an IT consultant in the Philadelphia and New York markets for 10 years and then continued providing IT support for small to medium size businesses in Jacksonville Florida for another 8 years. I was self-employed for most of my career and then retired from professional life in 2008. I moved to Poland to learn more about Eastern Europe and my own cultural roots there because my family emigrated from Poland and Ukraine in the 1930s to Palestine.

Having been raised in both Israel and Canada, I am fluently bilingual in English and Hebrew. Thanks to my professional training in the USA, I am reaching out to the European market to help business professionals who want to benefit from my many years of experience teaching IT, English, and Hebrew to foreigners in different countries. In addition to providing language lessons, I also have experience in helping businesses relocate their operations/offices/staff from Europe to the USA/Canada and to better understand the business culture that awaits you there. I would be happy to support your business needs in this respect, as well.
