I would describe my method as structured with a goal in sight to achieve but in a relaxed and enjoyable way. I like that my students feel relaxed when they speak , of course they are going to make mistakes but that's the only way they will learn. I don't believe in constant correction, I feel that breaks the students confidence. I track their mistakes grammatically or in pronunciation through the class and at the end of the class I go through the areas where they need to work on. I then send them all the notes from the class so they can study it in their own time so they can try not to make the same mistakes the next time.I believe in encouraging students and bringing fun to learning . Learning should be fun. It's important to give material to students of information or topics that interest them . I always go through a need analysis before starting the classes to find out exactly what the student is looking for and her likes and dislikes regarding different topics. Some students may love politics however another may choose not to talk about it. This information is important to know. After all it's your class . You need to feel comfortable and interested . I love teaching and have always been passionate about it. I love watching my students improve in level and in confidence. It truly is so rewarding.Thank you for taking time to read my profile.
