Nice to meet you.

I am a native speaker from Scotland, and an established English and music teacher based in Barcelona. I have lived and worked in Spain for several years and I am now beginning a new chapter in Barcelona where I will continue in education specialised in Montessori and traditional methods, teaching both children and adults.

With a lot of experience in teaching, and a fun and positive attitude, you may have found the best teacher for your needs . . .

Classes with me are engaging and my teaching style is personalised. Depending on each individual I use a variety of methods including tongue twisters, audio linguistic exercises, reading analysis, conversation... I have worked with children (pre-adolescent games, activities and story reading, teens preparing for school exams) and adults (exam preparation, business and professional development, casual practice). I have specialised knowledge of Cambridge certificate exams and also in creating written documents in English.

I teach mainly from home where I have plenty of materials and resources (I also now offer classes online). Group classes are an option too.

My main goal is to provide a memorable and impacting learning experience for my students. I hope I can help you achieve your goals and share with you the tools needed for your learning path.
