A few highlights of my strong qualifications include the following:

• Delivering highest quality economic analysis and advice to achieve great outcomes. • Demonstrating and implementing interactive learning models throughout the school through professional development, target-based appraisals, and collaboration between departments. • Responsible for the professional development of teachers throughout Secondary, through observation and demonstration of teaching practices. • Presenting weekly assemblies and co-designing Global Perspectives/PSHE sessions to align with student presented assembly themes. • Designing, Adapting and proof-reading report cards throughout the school. • Arranging parent’s evenings and organising parent’s meetings with students who required extra support. • Developed effective Head of Department Meetings in line with thematic teaching values. • Devised and implemented a new programme in Primary: ‘Adventure Time’ which incorporated weekly school trips to places of interest around the city and included gardening, cooking and interactive science experiments in school.
