American English teacher adults & children in person or online

I am an American (New Jersey/Northeast US) who moved to Zaragoza in 2023. Before moving to Spain I have spent the last 7 years as an editor for a newspaper company as well as volunteering to teach English to immigrants. I also worked in customer service and write in my free time.
I have spent the last 1.5 years teaching English (and natural science) as well as communication skills. In the last 2 years I have taught children ages 8-12, doctors, bankers and even military officials English.
I have 30 years of American English experience and proper grammar especially from my editor work. I have completed a communications major which provided me excellent communication and pronunciation skills. I lived in a very diverse part of America with many different accents and cultures in one area, so strong accents will not be a problem for me to work with.

I offer a flexible schedule to help meet any needs you may need. I can offer in person classes or online.
I'm looking for any type of student.

I am a very friendly, charismatic and understanding teacher. I always ask my students what they want to focus on the most. I like my students to have open conversations with me, as I believe the best way to learn is to just feel comfortable and practice.

If you have any fears, or are embarrassed to speak English I can most certainly help with those fears. I come from those fears as I am learning Spanish. Languages can be challenging but the learning does not have to be boring :)
