Looking for a teacher with a great level of experience? I offer you my knowledge of about 25 years of dedicated movement practice, teaching since 2005. Due to my background in professional contemporary dance and ballet I developed great passion for methodically progressive movement disciplines that help mobilize, strengthen and balance the body. I love dedicating attention to posture awareness to help you train in a healthy, sustainable and naturally expansive way.
