I am comfortable in both online and face to face personal interaction classes

I have 5+ years of work experience in US Multinational companies in the Human resource department as HR Specialist. I was taking care of recruitment, employee engagement, policies, salary negotiation. Now, I am pursuing masters in Labour Welfare and Human Resource from EAE Business School. As per me, teaching is an ongoing learning process. The children teach you as much as you teach them. Teaching gives you new challenges every day, as not every day is the same. Every student has his own doubts and own thought process. So it's really interesting to see things with a different point of view. Apart from this you always surrounded by young people, which gives you positive energy.
