My goal is for you to feel your best beyond the mat.
Yoga offers a wide range of benefits, not just physical. In each practice, we blend breathing (pranayama), movement (asana) and meditation to connect mind and body.
Yoga has changed my life and I want to share with you the many benefits of practicing yoga: it improves flexibility, builds strength, and the breathing practice is incredibly helpful for cultivating a calm state of mind.
I enjoy ending my classes with a short meditation, as yoga is truly a connection of mind, body, and spirit, and I love sharing this with my students.
I teach Hatha and Vinyasa to all levels and the clases are structured specifically for each student’s needs and preferences. Welcome! :)
