My classes blend mindful movement, strength-building, and breath exercise to help you feel strong, calm, and centered. I qualified as teacher since 2023 and hold additional certification in Foundational Trauma informed Yoga, Kids and Family Yoga, also experienced in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. My private class based on tailored practices based on what the student need! I believe yoga is for everyone, no matter how stiff or bendy you think you are.
