Certificada en Pilates Suelo y Máquinas por Pilates Polestar Education en Ámsterdam, Holanda.
Bailarina profesional contemporánea (Academia de Danza ArtEZ, Holanda).
Gran experiencia en la docencia de Pilates, tanto en grupo como individuales. He preparado a diferentes celebridades del mundo de la cultura y arte holandés. He impartido clases en Holanda, Egipto y España.

La sesión dura una hora y cuarto y se trabaja desde el repertorio de Pilates que se basa en:
-La conciencia del cuerpo
-La Respiración y la concentración
-Trabajo de centro
-Establecer relaciones entres las diferentes partes del cuerpo cuando éste se mueve de una fluida, para así, además de encontrar una coherencia en el movimiento, también poder disfrutar de forma natural del repertorio de Pilates.

Libertad seduced me to like Pilates. In the early morning on Friday and Saturday she built up her course in a natural and thorough way with a nice mix of exercises surrounded by beautiful African music. I still miss her lessons and her of course.

Libertad is the best Pilates teacher I have ever had- without exaggeration. What I loved about her class is how she makes sure you understand each move and are able to do it with focus and concentration, rather than just doing the moves mindlessly. Her classes have taught me to be much more aware of how my body moves, and how to move with control. I always look out for her classes in Cairo, and I would recommend them for anyone and everyone who wants to work out their core, improve posture, breath and balance. Highly recommended!
