I love being healthy and helping others find peace through physical and mental health. Seeing others finding ease with my help gives me pleasure and sense of purpose. That motivates me to learn more about different tools to give people and myself the best mental and physical support possible.

– I am currently working as a Vinyasa yoga instructor at La Salita Estudio De Pilates Y Yoga, Madrid, Spain

-Vinyasa yoga instructor at Domcity Crossfit for 1 year, Utrecht, The Netherlands

-Vegetarian/vegan food Cook at Vegitalian for 1.5 years, Utrech, The Netherlands

-Behaviour change researcher at MAC Georgia for 4 months, Tbilisi, Georgia

-Karma yogi at Yogacentrum Tilburg for 1.5 years, Tilburg, The Netherlands

My educational background:

-Delight Yoga Teacher Training: Basic Teacher Training (200 hours) at Delight Yoga, Amsterdam, Portugal

-The Essentials of Yoga: Pre-Teacher Training (50 hours) at Delight Yoga, Amsterdam, Netherlands

-Bachelor of Medicine (completion of 3 years), Tbilisi State Medical University, Tbilisi, Georgia

-Bachelor of Medical Psychology (graduated), Tilburg University, Tilburg, The Netherlands

– Master’s Specialisation in Behavior Change (still studying), Radboud University, Nijmegen, The Netherlands
