I studied at the British Council School, and before even graduating, I have been giving English classes to children, teenagers, adults and also elderly.
Currently, I am a Biologist and studied a Masters degree in Ecological Engineering and Biodiversity Management in Montpellier (France). I have always complemented my studies with English, French and Spanish classes in Spain, France and Croatia.
I have more experience giving clases autonomously, but I have also worked in two different academies in Madrid (one for English language classes and one for school reinforcement in chemistry, physics and maths) and in a non-profit organisation in Croatia giving French and Spanish classes during 12 months.
I work with the student to create a learning programme that better fits your daily life. We will adapt the content and methodology of the classes to your needs and interests, enabling you to achieve your goals despite your busy schedule, through a variety of one-to-one sessions and some homework.
Regarding the language classes, depending on your needs, you will have the opportunity to develop the four skills in a language: listening, writing, reading and speaking; as well as get to know the culture and uniqueness of the country.
I offer non-formal learning methods adapted to your learning style, preparation for exams (Cambridge, TOEFL...), interviews, reinforcement, homework support, conversation and phonetics; with a positive, honest and motivational attitude.
Regarding science and maths classes, I like to follow the school teacher's method as much as possible, to better support the student. I focus on making clear explanations and useful exercises avoiding too many new concepts, making sure that the student becomes autonomous and self-confident.
