I've always measured my success by how valued those around me feel. Having worked remotely for the last 3 years has only deepened my belief that fostering personal relationships and continued individual growth is in direct correlation to success. That by utilizing a variety of subjects and skills our, subconscious, system becomes the workhorse allowing us to do what we do best, dream bigger. My personal dreams frequently find me in the mountains training for my next ultra race.
