My name is Michelle. I am a cheerful person who loves engaging with different people and traveling to explore various cultures. This passion led me to my current role as an ESL teacher, allowing me to teach and learn from individuals of different nationalities. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and later took up a Bachelor of Laws. I finished two degrees but I changed my career path and became a teacher. I love teaching English. I have taught English for six years in the Philippines and China. I have been teaching English for five ESL schools and a training center. I have TESOL, TEYL, TEFL, and IELTS certificates as an eligibility to teach English. I love to keep my class fun, engaging, and super energetic. I use props, theater role-playing storytelling, flashcards fun games, and learning songs to help my students learn. I also used rewards to encourage my students so they know they are doing a great job. If you are looking for a competent and well-experienced teacher, I am encouraging you to be in my class and be your teacher. With my skills and experience, I can assure you that I can provide adequate English training. I started teaching in 2016 in an English academy of Korean, Japanese, and Chinese students with diverse backgrounds, from beginners to advanced, from young learners and migrants to business professionals. After I discovered my passion for Teaching I became a result-driven ESL teacher with the help of my leaders at the English Training School. It inspires me to pursue this career and become a proactive ESL teacher. I have mastered how to deal with parents, students, and co-workers' issues as well as planning and implementing the educational program for holistic development of the learners. I know that it is not easy to learn English language especially for us, non native speakers. Unfortunately, there are challenges that we need to overcome. But you have nothing to worry about. I will always be here to mentor, guide, facilitate, and instruct you. Together we will conquer all our fears and difficulties. I know we can do it. All you have to do is to believe in yourself and to trust me as an English teacher.
