I do a weekly session with Iris and have been focussing a lot on stress, flexibility and yoga shaped around helping balance hormones. I am new to regular yoga practice and I appreciate that she is patient and always takes time to explain the purpose of the session, the moves and why they are beneficial. She also knows a lot about yoga in general and will explain why we are using a specific practice or type of yoga for my goals. I would recommend anyone book a session with Iris!
