As an accredited Mindfulness teacher (MBSR)* I offer practical sessions on how you can lower your stress and become more focused and present in your life. This new way of being has many benefits including; enhancing one's life satisfaction, improving relationships, helping with the over-active mind and allowing people to sleep better.
Training the mind to notice difficult thoughts and emotions, and rather than buying into them, you learn to allow them to come and go. From this new perspective life's challenges feel more surmountable. It also promotes better attention skills, more compassion towards yourself and others, and less reactivity.
